2019 Business Awards

The Northeast Kingdom consists of three counties, Orleans, Essex and Caledonia. The rural nature of the Northeast Kingdom may be beautiful but it can also create an obstacle if you are a business owner feeling isolated. In order to bring female owned businesses together, the Micro Business Development Program offered three "Circle of Support" networking sessions and a goal setting training. The focus of "Circle of Support" networking events is to engage and empower women entrepreneurs. These events were hosted by the Grindstone Café in Lyndonville. The goal setting training was facilitated by a female business owner who has been in business for over 20 years.

All of these educational opportunities and business awards were sponsored by the Passumspic Savings Bank.
